We make one thing, and we make it properly.
Tonight Instead writes printed mystery cases. You download the file, print it, open it at the table and spend an evening working out who did it.
Where this started
A kitchen table, a stack of printed pages and four people arguing about a train timetable for two hours. Nobody checked their phone because there was nothing on it worth checking. We wrote the next case the following week, then four more.
How we write a case
Every case starts with one clean lie. We build the suspects around it, then the evidence, then we test the whole thing on real tables until the solve lands about ten minutes after someone says they've got it.
Why paper
Paper can be passed around, folded, marked up and hidden behind a hand. It needs no account, no update and no battery. That's the whole argument.
