We keep the minimum, for as long as we need it.

Your email address, order details and, if you join the list, the fact that you joined. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach us.

We measure which pages and ads lead to orders. This is aggregate performance data, not a profile we sell or share beyond the ad platforms that serve our campaigns.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Ask us to delete your data at hello@tonightinstead.com and we will, keeping only what tax rules require.
